Also - They don't always look so reluctant and lethargic when they perform. This song calls for and creates a grim, downer mood laced with thick sexy syrup. I think their demeanor as a band is appropriate and adds to the performance.

The older I get, the more unimpressed I am with the whole "reluctant performers who don't know how to play their instruments" thing. Although it seemed fresh at the time.

OMG! Ocean Spray!!! I drink their stuff! I love that he's wearing a...wait, he's not wearing it "ironically", is he? Almost had me going there. Goddamn hipsters, always mocking things like that. Fuck you, drummer, I actually enjoy cranberries!
