I heard this song for the first time, 30 years ago. I don't know if I ever told you what this meant to me. Someone who was not a Chilean person, had created this piece of art many miles away from Chile. For that 18 year old girl meant so much (brought back hope to my life)and I'll always be thankful for this. Today, this bring back so many memories and I can see that 18 year old learning English through these verses while working at a jeans factory. Hugs, love and peace, always.
