I got a Gaiam yoga dvd it was this guy, some blonde lady, and a small class. 1st time doing yoga. i could NOT touch my toes, not even bend over my knees before :P after like 2 30 min. yoga workouts i cal put my pals to da floor (proud) =D & 30 minutes passed by SOO fast i was like wat? gotta do it again. thought me a lot & was entertaining + relazing. You can find it in da library :) dats where i found that DVD :P
