At age 7 Anna Fitzpatrick was diagnosed with Alopecia Universalis (full body hair loss), making for a traumatic childhood where she battled with bullying and a low self esteem. When she reached 14 her unique look garnered attention and led to a successful modeling career for local brands and international powerhouses like Christian Dior. Anna spent 3 years presenting on ALT TV.

Anna is SOOO lucky she has a really nicely shaped head and great facial bone structure! I lost all my hair to AU in 2004 and unfortunately I'll NEVER look that good bald ;-) my ears stick out too damn much! LOL

Thank you. My son has had alopecia since he was 6. And though he had the usual rude comments directed his way by unknowing and uncaring kids, he has since learned how to deal with this disease. He never let it conquer him and instead has become a varsity level mountain bike rider, a bass guitarist, and superior soccer defenseman. Thank you for standing up and sharing this with the world.
