Peltier cooler based cloud chamber (no dry ice required). Not perfect - but was quite easy to make. I'll probably post a more complete how-to video in the next few days.

  • @vmelkon it's impossibile to reach -100°C with peltiers...at best you may get around -30/-40 if you build a very efficient heat removing system and stack 2 peltiers one above the other

  • Good stuff. Not sure what 20 F is in C but I'm hoping one day I can get some peltier and cool to -100 C

  • your advice in video are very interesting ! im building one setup with peltier, but the hot side is cooled with ice bath, im at -20F, but it dont work because it was not very sealed
