Me and my brothers used to call him Horny.

@DaKoolA1dMan They have been around FAR longer then 2009. I remember fans at other arenas blowing those things as early as the 1980's.
-
He sure does know how to blow......

u guys who r saying the caps fan dont know when to cheer havent seen this guy in action. its not like he randomly blow the horn, he blows it at set times to get the crowd pumped, like the start of the game, after a penalty is killed off, etc. ive seen tons of nhl games and no other team is as loud and organized in their cheers than the caps fans with this horn and the goat. plus the horn guy was here before the before the caps were good

This is how a vuvuzela/blowhorn should be used. using them at proper times or having a routine (like what I and this guy does) is what makes them fun for the games. blowing them without taking a breath (like the World Cup) is what makes them bad. I've had my horn since November 2001, as well as other noisemakers, and the players enjoy it and most of the fans do as well. Having a set routine is good, but not literally every second. Thats why the World Cup was so bad.

Fucking vuvuzela. At least it's not that annoying, but oh god, if there were 200 more people doing it, it would be like watching the world cup.
-
where do you get one of these horns? I want to sit in my living room and blow it during the games? LOL. and do you know sit in club seats. or is it a new horn guy
-
@DaKoolA1dMan And I'll actually be at the game tomorrow, thanks. A bunch of people who don't even understand the rules of the game and just jumped on the bandwagon when the Caps got good enjoy it... a bunch of NHL arenas have already banned things like this, as they should.
Enjoy your day, next time you want to try to act like you're so smart, fact check first. It helps to not be so embarrassed when someone points out all of your inaccuracies.

@DaKoolA1dMan LMFAO! What an embarassment.
That IS a vuvuzela, and they were not invented in 2009. They've been around for years, they just got insanely popular after the World Cup. Also, this video is from a year or two ago. Just because the guy has an older jersey doesn't mean that this video was recorded 10 years ago. Third, "only 20 times a period"? Oh good, only once per minute... wow. Finally, a bunch of "fans" who are all bandwagoners and know nothing of the game enjoy it? Good for them.
Wow! I thought that horn was a recording played on the sound system by the guys doing the music and stuff.
