This video shows a specific type of shoulder instability which is rather uncommon and is hard to classify.
This is called Involuntary Shoulder Instability with a Voluntary Component to it. This instability is not easy to detect and patient's complains are often not very helpful, as are examination findings.
The treatment is usually non-surgical and the patient needs to re-train shoulder muscles so that she does not subluxate or dislocate.
