  • Common Cause caught faking benefits of ‘clean elections’ in Connecticut

  • any grass roots organization that has managed to get air time and their voices heard on CNN who's protocol is too marginalize is in serious question of being a CNN Trojan Horse subdivision

  • CNN and all mainstream media are the problem MSM are a Trojan Horse serving the 1% masquerading as a voice and a policing for the people nothing could be further from the truth.CNN's recent media black out right along with all the 1% media mouth pieces Fox MSNBC HuffPost ... is was what is shameful where is the story this that's right your not going to get as well as how the MSM was complicit for leading us into an illegal war and the 911 cover up

  • Most of the politicians that put earmarks on bills are democrats although there are still some republicans. Obama flat out lied when he said there were no earmarks on the latest legislation. Of course the press said nothing.

In most big corporations, you would be fired for even having the appearance of accepting money to influence your decisions. Are we a third world corrupt country or what?

  • Obama's theme is change!... Hmmmm... So far the lobbyists are all over... All the new cabinet members (most of them part of the Bill Clinton's click) were not against that illegal and criminal war!... Change, you say?... Give me a break!

  • Can't believe that guy's bragging about giving $5K to "several" - shows there's no shame, no idea how this looks to the rest of us.

  • Most politicians go into public service for the right reasons. It is a shame that the way we currently finance campaigns oftentimes forces them to compromise on the principles that inspired them to serve. Politicians should NOT have to beg special interests for money!

  • Go COmmon Cause. The way we fund campaigns is wrong. And until we change it to public financing, we would make real progress on the issues important to us: the economy, global warming health care.
