Shinzen talks about sex in relation to craving, aversion and unconsciousness. He talks about how to use the activity of sex as a transparent window to transcendence using mindfulness skills. Shinzen talks about using pleasure meditation as a means of liberation leading towards all daily experiences becoming spiritualized. Filmed in Nov. 2009 at Mt. Carmel Spiritual Centre in Niagara Falls..
Unfortunately . . . he's not as knowledgeable about and sure-footed with sexuality as he is with many other aspects of spiritual practise.
He's not connecting sexual energy to Chi . . . which (since Chi is connected to Impermanence -- as he's himself discussed in another video) would allow him to understand it as a way to practise with Impermanence and approach enlightenment.

this dirt/dirty analogy is confusing and then u mix in craving, aversion and unconsciousness which you say obscure the clear window. first off, are you talking about sex without love, sex with no affection? the liberation potential in the act of making love can be potentially a meditation? i suggest that you consider staying in the moment and don't substitute meditation for making love, then the act with deliver more pleasure not when you are thinking, thinking and thinking again. learn to love!
