Yeah I'm off Upper Union and I caught some pics of this too. Freaked me out when I saw rotation and a funnel start to form. Truth is the '61 Tornado touched down and ran not that far from us.

I remember this, it was exactly a week after Irene. I was outside watching it form and all I could think was "you've got to be f'in kidding me". I was honestly worried more about the torrential rain than the tornado, though.
