Wise words and seldom do people in the USA ever differentiate between a Republic and a Democracy, something we all need to be reminded of. In a way majority shouldn't matter when presented with a rational constitution. If majority rule was a proven way of determining right from wrong that would be different. But the majority of people can be led via lies, and that can and has been detrimental to the citizen of the USA.
