From an Evening with Paddy Kilrain, Oneonta, N.Y. 1996.
My friend Dan Ball suggested we shoot the performance, for my then TV Show, "The Frank Show"
In total I think we have about 4-5 hours of Paddy recorded, over 1-2 years whenever she was in O-town.
Often times we'd all head back to my house after the show, to relax & I feed everyone who played & it was always a great time. Enjoy the clip & try to see Paddy live she's amazing!!!

  • Because you asked for it, there's *New* Paddy Kilrain heading your way. Right now, (tonight) I'm editing new footage from the archives. If you're lucky enough to see her perform live, don't miss her.

We should realize that when people do things from a loving perspective,

there is an infinite well of inspiration.'' -Paddy Kilrain

  • paddy you are great!

  • If anyone stumbles upon this in time... I'm promoting Paddy's comeback show on 7/1/2011 at The Moon & River Cafe in Schenectady. I can't post links here, but if you go to Facebook and search for "the return of paddy kilrain", the details should come up.

  • @barenakeddoggies: that brings back memories :) I was living in Albany in '95/96 and used to hang out at Mother Earth's. I was a Brit working over there, 17/18 at the time, and of course unable to get into any other venues being under 21. Used to listen to Paddy quite a bit :) We went on a road trip once in her green station wagon to Buffalo for her to do a gig in the bar Ani started out. I remember us listening to the soundtrack to Les Miserables on the whole way there. Quite surreal!

  • She hasn't been playing cause she got hit by a car like two years ago, and shes still recovering.

  • I played with her one night in Atlanta. She asked me and my bass player to sit in with her.

  • Yeah... thanks for posting this. You should post more.

  • paddy kilrain kick ass!! haven't hear her in forver. brings back good memories. i just found an old cassette tape from mother earth's cafe in 1995
