Just an update: After being unable to lift for five months, I'm back and more motivated than ever....and nothing is going to get in my way. Thank you to all my subscribers for being so patient.........it's been hard being out of the game for so long.

    I've used creatine many times. I gain 6-8 pounds of waterweight while on it, then lose it all when I stop taking the stuff. I'm not going to take creatine the rest of my life to maintain that waterweight.

  • eat more bro,muscle will only get bigger if you eat good protein rich foods,good clean carbs,sufficient recovery & rest & probably one of the best piece of advice i've heard is leave your ego at the door.you need to keep your back straight & bend your knees when doing your dead lifts your you'll fuck up your back bad.get your technique right bro it's not about how much you lift when starting out.

  • advice - eat like a fucking horse

  • try to eat as much egg you can, and also fast-food. Drink plenty of milk, really I mean like several liters a day. don't be afraid of sugars and make sure you get more carbs than protein, otherwise you will get the effect of the Atkins diet!
