Open enrollment, start anytime. (Bilingual instructor for Spanish speakers) this class is designed for students who want to learn fundamental computer maintenance, simple repair analysis, and parts replacement skills. Students will learn how to dismantle systems to identify equipment breakdown symptoms, identify fault components, and determine necessary and possible remedies. Students will also learn how to replace new and/or used equipment components to reconstruct units to full operation.
Semester support fee: $40. Classes start Jan 27th -- 2009. Class meets Tuesdays (if enough students, will have Wed class too)
Time 6:30 pm -- 9:30 pm Rooms 32 & 35 Instructor: Milian
The school is located at 825 Southwood Dr, South San Francisco, Ca. One block away from the Orange Street library in South San Francisco, and near to the South San Francisco Bart station.

this video is nice but the way of teaching is really poor, I have two friends that took that course and just read a big book, but hands on train is almost 2 % they do not teach how to solve hardware problems, virus removal, should be more hands on the teacher I think does not want competitors.
