Do a search on 'banner' in the Bible.
How can I draw attention to myself when the name of JESUS is lifted up?
If you're too afraid to lift up the name of Jesus and Him standing for repentance (2 Peter 3:9) then I declare you a COWARD in Jesus' name!
Sorry bro, but I'm willing to die for my Lord and carrying a HUGE banner that lifts up His HOLY name will only give Him glory.
I will lift up the name of Jesus AGAINST His people to repent and live a Holy life! Isaiah 58:1

Where does the scripture instruct us to hold a HUGE banner?
You only draw attention to yourself and cause the name of the Lord Jesus to be blasphemed by your carnal methods.
The Lord's sheep hear His voice in the Gospel alone.

Thanks. I'm afraid I've "known" all that for twenty or thirty years. (Just as I've also always known that there is only one Name given...) The thing now is to find out what those things actually mean, how you do them, and why I still haven't done them to this day. Maybe YouTube is not a convenient place to discuss such things. But I'll keep listening to these sermons at least...
Well, I hope people will not misunderstand me, but Paul Washer "crushes" me almost every time I hear him preach. And I thank his God for that... and I thank the guys who put his messages on the YouTube...

At about minute 13, brother Paul references an alleged quote by St. Francis of Assisi. Catholic theologians have confirmed that there is no evidence of Assisi ever making the statement. It is nothing more than legend--and a poor one at that.
As brother Paul writely said, the gospel is a spoken message.
