Draw action. Angelina started archery in 2001. She joined Cheltenham Archers (UK). Her personal coach is Graham Williams. Peter Suk, British head coach, began making extensive changes to her form in 2005. Work on this continues. Scores dipped in the 2006 season. We look forward to scores climbing again in 2007. Angelina's sights are on the 2012 Olympics. Her web site: angelina.measures.org.uk (Written by her performance parent, Simon.)

  • Good posture and great letoff and follow through.

  • wow kinda pro action like mine

  • @papaburger Angelina's mother is from Indonesia and her father is from England. She was born in Jakarta, Indonesia but has lived in England since she was 6 months old. She is currently studying Chemistry at Oxford University and taking a break from competitive archery.

  • Your answer lies in the technology. Back in the day, you needed to train for many years to develop the kind of muscles to draw a 120-pound bow fully. Now, we have technology like pulleys and material composites that make it easier to pull the string back without sacrificing the speed of the arrow or the distance it flies.

  • Perhaps her family immigrated to UK .

  • why is there an oriental girl in the UK?

  • cack :-S

  • If archers had muscles like bodybuilders they would be unable to shoot properly. The muscles would harm the movements. Good arches do excercises for their muscles, but they keep them strechable, sothat they do not look that huge.

  • Why does many archers do not have big and hard muscles?Do they do any exercise for their muscles?

  • It tends to be a natural impulse for some people . Basically as the weight comes onto the back and shoulders the muscles around the lower neck and trapezius area 'close up'. It is natural - yes it isn't necessarily a good thing but rectifying it would probably throw a spanner in the works
