free, open, flexible, spen about 2 weeks trying to get hardware to work rite and get wifi cards to work to their fully designed potential. haha go away with yourself iv never paid for software in my life and i still have win 7 all adobe products ms office 2010 pro and every thing els you could think of, linux these days is terrible

lol I ve used mac os windows and linux (as main operating systems) and mac os is actually really good.
the reason why im on ubuntu now is simply because I like free stoff =)

@Boreddudestime True however Apple did make a Linux distribution called mkLinux...
Mac OS is a clone of the Nextstep / OpenStep OS that took code from BSD...

@flip2mac Not really. Mac OS is a pretty interface wrapped around a UNIX-Like OS (which is Darwin, which is also based on yet another UNIX-like system). It's got nearly nothing to do with Linux.

Mac OS is a better dressed linux or Linux made easy. So I choose Mac.

@issokesu macs are awesome because unlike windows PISSta, they don't have issues, viruses, and they are way cooler. Linux is okay, but Mac is better

macs are worse than others. how can linux user think that there's something good with macs :D macs are pc's with stupid os. and they don't lag much when there's not many programs on but of course they will lag if there is so they just suck there's nothing good with macs. but of course if somebody likes picture of apple he should buy mac :l
