  • Not nit picking here but the title should be "Roger side control breakdown". The title makes it seem like Roger would be teaching the technique when u open the video.

  • @KevinWood44 fixed. thanks.

  • one suggestion i always get upset/disappointed when on an instructional the teacher is like oh let me let some of the pressure off - come on the Alex can deal with it so we make sure its all shown correctly - Alex you will be okay

  • @cv0669 Alex said he almost went to sleep in the half guard pass video so I didnt want to do that again. I dont think visually it had any effect on the instruction rewatching it again. and I used full pressure when demoing the move at 5:20 as seen with his facial expression. lol I will keep the suggestion in mind for future videos though.

  • Beautiful!!!

  • When you post that leg at about 1:20, do you have to worry about him hooking the leg with his own and turning it into half-guard?

  • awesome, thanks for posting this.

  • LOVE this video and LOVE this technique. I really like how you show how Roger works this move in a live match and the commentary with it. Really shows that the move works and its effectiveness.

  • I have two problems A)My opponent uses his bottom hand to block the knee insertion B)As soon as I put my knee up like @ 7:43 the guy rolls me to guard or side control

  • very nice video will you be uploading some videos of submission from side control ?

  • Thanks, used it today while rolling several times after watching this video!

  • Dan, I was taught this tech years ago and your instruction of it is far superior once again to the way I learned it.
