  • Disclosure puts our security in jeopardy. The Left's misunderstanding of that is more proof of their ignorance and their bases for decision making is based on doing the opposite of whomever they oppose; consequences be damned!

Holder's firm Covington & Burling flooded the courts with habeas corpus petitions and held up justice since 2001 when Bush authorized military commissions.

So the very people who are responsible for the delay now try to blame the previous administration. That's rich!

  • There is no need for NAZI ideology thru Military Commissions (that only the military can handle some things). Our Courts and Constitution can handle this properly. It is the far-right that has no faith in our government and they prove it daily in every facet of the politics of governing, period!

  • No, sadly I don't remember them, was not around for it. Does not mean I don't know about the subject matter though. I can understand your frustration with voter intimidation, however this happens on both sides. Republicans as well as democrats. Give me another reason you don't like the man.

  • I remember the original black panthers do you? And if they break the law they should be held accountable, I have seen the tape and it simply shows voter intimidation.

  • What do you know of the Black Panthers (You know they were mainly a civil rights movement group right)? Why would the FBI go after "converted Muslims"? <<<racial/ethnic profiling???(hey, lets start rounding them up and putting them in camps!) You like the idea of people being held in secret offshore prisons? You know that goes against everything that you and I both have fought for right?

  • Listen up assclown Holder is so homely. But I loved him as Sid the sloth in Ice Age. Holder is a disgrace! He also pardoned the "Black Panthers", and told the FBI not to go after "converted muslims" Eric Holder is without a doubt the worst Attorney General in history.

  • Look up the constitution asshat. Or how about the Declaration of independence? We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, not just Americans. That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.

    Typical bigot.

  • I'm sure when Holder is out of a job....he can turn to representing the terrorists pro bono.......Holder is doing a wonderful job for republicans, conservatives and the TEA PARTY in the house and senate races. Anyone associate with Obama and his fellow thug, Holder is a gift from heaven. CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS. End of discussion. Look up the international rules of warfare, If we don't move out of Candyland soon, lot's of people are in for a hard awakening.

  • They atttacked the Pentagon-military and attempted to attack the White HOuse.they were all the same group.when HOlder was askeda bout the precedent for bringing these terrorists to NY, he had no case history to draw on. it should be military tribunal, not a crimnal court. Plus, Obama announced KSM will be found quilty. Can we say tainted jury now and possible aquittal?

  • 9/11 attacks were perpetrated against non-commissioned civilians. The U.S.S. Cole attack was against a military station. The former is a case for civilian court (as in it is a CRIMINAL matter) and the latter is open for military tribunal (whereas it could be construed as a military attack). This is a matter of precedent legal material. These are the U.S. rules of law.THESE ARE THE RULES WE PLAY BY.
