The Sydney University Madrigal Society performs "Come again sweet love doth now invite" by English composer John Dowland (1563-1626). This recording is of the society's June 2008 concert, "Sogno Transalpino", performed at the University of Sydney Holme Building Refectory. The choir is conducted by Edward Terry.

  • Song ruined because it was sung too fast :(

  • I'll give you less than 2 minutes to finish this concert and that's it!!

    who gave that order?? jajaj

  • I have to play this tune in my cello lesson :)

  • It's a madrigal and not a dirge. Nice job S.U.M.S.

  • I think Come Again can handle this speed. Faster than most yes, but I like this interpretation.

  • Could this be sung any faster? Where are they rushing to?

  • rofl this is ridiculously fast and it makes it lose it's touch. it might be the conductor or the possibility that the soprani are jumping in to fast causing the rest of the chorale to hurry up.

  • Hurry up, love!
