  • Mr.Wild's improvisation is very creative! But I also love the performence of Cyprien Katsaris, and of course Georges Cziffra!

  • especially love the "oldskool" pianist, who isn't doing the irritating gurning and physical hystrionics you see too much of these days.

  • my fave Liszt Piano/Orchestra work, prefer it to the concerti.

  • The entire gig was an UBER-MEGA-ULTRA-RAVE-FAVE of mine since childhood (I commandeered my parents' "Readers' Digest" Multi Album Boxed Set from 'em when I was 5 years old or so..) and the really fast ('arpeggio', is it? Or do we say 'allegro'?) bit towards the end is my BIG fave part!

But "Hungarian Fantasy" **RULES!!** Second to none!

    Thanx fer it, m8!!

  • which hall is this? is it in Birmingham?

  • Oh it's really nice, but I don't like the ending of it. I think it should be a bit more lisztian ;)

  • Wonderful "take" on this nowadays-neglected piece. Mr. Wild has the flair & the imagination to bring it to life!

  • On a 'really' nice Baldwin piano - I wonder what age it is?
