The entire gig was an UBER-MEGA-ULTRA-RAVE-FAVE of mine since childhood (I commandeered my parents' "Readers' Digest" Multi Album Boxed Set from 'em when I was 5 years old or so..) and the really fast ('arpeggio', is it? Or do we say 'allegro'?) bit towards the end is my BIG fave part!
But "Hungarian Fantasy" **RULES!!** Second to none!
Mr.Wild's improvisation is very creative! But I also love the performence of Cyprien Katsaris, and of course Georges Cziffra!

especially love the "oldskool" pianist, who isn't doing the irritating gurning and physical hystrionics you see too much of these days.

Oh it's really nice, but I don't like the ending of it. I think it should be a bit more lisztian ;)

Wonderful "take" on this nowadays-neglected piece. Mr. Wild has the flair & the imagination to bring it to life!
