  • I was living in Japan from 1969 to 1974, so I don't know if this album got a lot of play on the radio. Hearing it for the first time 38 years after its release, I must say I like it. Thanks for posting.

  • @HeSapawin .. This LP is an overlooked gem.. It garnered some airplay on the strength of their terrific cover of the Small Faces tune "Afterglow", but it guess it wasn't what American radio was looking for in 1973 and that is a shame.. Give The KinKs cover, "Days", a listen; it received some airplay, as well.. Ray Davies produced the last "proper" Turtles LP, "Turtle Soup".. Their rendition of the song is tasteful homage to him!
