I am a cyclist as well and own no car, sold it because my passion is biking I drive around 5000km per year. but this driving style is dangerous and reckless! He doesn't even have brakes on his fixie. I know it's a long discussion about fixies and brakeless bikes, and I drive a vintage Koga-Miyata in urban traffic aswell... but brakes should definitely be on every bike... brakeless is just utterly stupid. helmets do safe lives and are cheap, just as a reminder good riding anyway!
