Company A-1 Animals..Texas A&M Corps of Cadets--PREVIEW!

Company A-1, also known as Animal A, is the oldest outfit in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University. In fact, it is the only outfit that has been in existence since the school opened in 1876. Members of A-1, animals, pride themselves in this rich history and their effort to spearhead the Corps of Cadets into the future. Animal A is an integrated, non-technical, Army ROTC unit that combines leadership training with practical pre-professional experience. Company A-1 animals participate and are leaders in many university organizations including Rudder's Rangers, Fish Drill Team, Impact, Ranger Challenge, Student Conference on National Affairs, Memorial Students Center, and many other organizations.. It is no wonder that over seventy cadets, before each home football game, announce at the top of their lungs that A-1 is the "BEST DAMN OUTFIT ANYWHERE!"
