Ariellah is the Gothique version of Rachel Brice. Rachel is tribal. Ariellah is dark.

I wouldn't really consider Rachel Brice dark. Nothin' against Rachel, I think she's awesome, but she's definitely not dark.

Ariellah and Rachel Brice have different styles. Ariellah calls part of her style Dark Fusion, and also Goth. Rachel Brice does not.
So , "in these matters", there is not really a true comparison for the "dark side" thing here.
