  • I've said it before- get yourself a hanging heavy bag, at least 100 lbs. You're going to break BOB eventually kicking his plastic base like that. A hanging bag offers more resistance, conditions your shins better, it's cheaper, and it won't break or fall over when hit it like you should. Keep up the training kid, you've got potential.

  • you let your arms down a little when you kick, if your sparring somebody and the block your kick it will be easy for them to get a kick and a punch in. But other then that really good speed and power.
