These guys were all very compliant. It is impossible for a person under duress to behave like silly putty. The men were doing their absolute best to follow the officers' inane orders. The officers were obviously short-tempered and/or negligent in their handling of these very compliant men. From his reaction, whether that was acting or genuine, it makes it SEEM like he grabbed the wrong weapon (which seems like an impossible mistake). It seems like he either committed manslaughter or murder.

Whatever, you saw the cops reaction he was like OMG!!! there is no doubt he killed him & that he should be punished but I don't think it was intentional.

I'm sure the cop was mistaken, he can;t be that bold as to shoot a guy in front of hundreds of witnesses. The problem is that people depend on cops do take care of everything for them. Why didn't any of the passengers addresss the problems the boys were causing, if they indeed were causing them.

Either we start taking care of ourselves or the state will care of us.

this is what happens when you let the cops run around willy nilly with no accountability and no restraint ! they are used to doing what they want and getting away with anything they want just to save their own asses !  if cops can't tell a yellowed tip stun gun from a heavy Steele pistol then what the hell are they doing caring either one ? they make examples of us they should have made one of him !!!
