@lowrider5140 Let’s see you work in an unsafe environment, conduct serious responsibility’s out of a trailer not big enough to store the required tools, be required to keep your ambulance clean despite weather conditions because it’s not parked under a shelter or stored in an enclosed building, all of which you will be required to live in and maintain (work) for $2.00 per hour. Yes... two dollars. I'll get your papers ready, come sign and join when you are ready.

@lowrider5140 Lesser wages = fewer recruits = no paramedics = lives lost.

im fear full of the ambulance because i dont trust them .. BUT i know one day i have to go in one so its a fear thats not needed. im afraid if i go for surgery while im put to sleep il die.

This has gone on WAY too long. Everyone should call their local MLA and demand this gov't settle the strike and give our hard working and highly qualified paramedics the respect, support and remuneration they deserve...

I hear you

Nice video, $2 an hour isn't gonna cut, screw cambell!
i can understand the strike and why its happening.. but their reason is absolute bullshit..
On Strike To Save Lives??
No.. your on strike for more money. If your going to strike, do so honestly.. state why you are ACTUALLY on strike, because as of right now, your on strike for cash, not lives.

Yes the srike is about money, money for more people on the ground, money for better buildings to work from, money to live in Vancouver. I have mixed feelings about the strike and how both sides have been treating us. All I know is 95% of the people on both sides are here to do a good job and are good people, the othere 5% well you figure it out.
