4th set of working dumbbell press. Yes the form is a little sloppy because it was my final set. I was going about 1 cm away from my chest from the dumbbell touching also. Here's the days chest workout with weight sets and reps. Flat dumbbell press 17.5x40 35x40 70x40 125x30 125x25 125x20 then incline dumbbell press 4 sets 115x15 120x12 125x8 incline bench 3 sets of 8 with 225. Flat bench 3x15 with 225. My max is well over 400. I can also squat over 500 ass to grass and curl 185 for a complete super strict set. I am natural. I am competing for a natural show in July at 198 pounds. My current weight is 290 @ 21%. Bf ( tested)
