  • Seems like you had fun cooking the artichoke (something I've wanted to learn to do). I had a hard time hearing you at times because of the music - it was louder than you.

  • @GodsOlayinka I did. It's pretty easy.. .if you need me to clarify anything, let me know and I will.

  • My artichoke came out perfect!!

    Thanks!

    (much better than waiting 45 - 60mins)

  • @QueenSemiramis You're welcome. I tried the "boil it on the stove" way too, and it was about an hour and it was STILL tough...

  • Ok, I'm gonna try this dreadful looking vegetable and if it's nasty, you know what's gonna happen. That's right. I'm coming to cut your water off! You know I'll do it.

  • Guess you never made one eh?

  • nice!

  • Thanks for watching Lady Tai..but you know.. I tried it the non microwave way..and no matter how long I did it.. the thing never got soft enough to eat!

  • You and my mother both! lol. I have to have a taste for it. I am feeling quite vegetable soupy right now with the climate getting colder. I may make some fall squash soup.. I have a friend with throat cancer, so I believe I will have to come up with some healthy easy to swallow things to help him fight the fight. FRESH SOUP!
