If I were given that bag for my purchases, I would return to the store and tell them that I would never shop there again.

@TiffanyDoll cool...

I myself wouldn't be that concerned about it. I think certain atheists, along with the big push its been given in the media lately might be something to be a little more concerned about. Not all atheists mind you, just some of the new breed along with a few others who just can't seem to live and let live.

I'm sorry. I had to laugh at the John 3:16 on the bottom. It's just another piece of evidence to show how petty these people really are. Mind, if I ever found something like that on the bottom of bags, I'm going to check from now on, so thank you, I'd take it up to the manager. And the next time I entered the shop, I'd leave a bag with a pentagram on the bottom of it. I mean, it's not harming anyone, is it?

Faith in Chaos....adaptation to change. There is nothing subliminal in that, you just take the change as it happens. ;)

Wow, that is sneakey! Forever 21 sells stuff that is a lot of the time a little to revealing for it to be a christian store. I'm cool with them getting the word out about their religion and all but its kinda another way to shove it down peoples throats. As well as, if a pagan put "blessed be" or "goddess bless" on the bottom of a bag people would throw a fit!
Have a nice day!
not all Christians have adopted that "shove it in your face" religious act. If you want to know Jesus great, but if not okay. It's your choice and not a Christian like me to force anything about who I believe in, in your face. So if you would...please don't think every Christian forces their belief on everyone.

@globalhealth4 I don't think that and I don't say all Christians do that. I just thought this was inappropriate- not because it's bad, but because some people will have issues with it. Not all shoppers there have this belief, and shopping for skirts isn't intended as religious practice. I mean, it's their store, so they can print what they want I suppose. But why put this i=on the bottom where no one will see it? @_@

That's ridiculous! Things like this seem to be happening more and more lately and I hate it. The "in-your-face" attitudes of christians, the sneaky tactics, the blatent conversion attempts are becoming worse as their control of the world and American society slips from between their fingers. I think it's going to get worse and their anger will become more apparent.

@GaelofVirtue I'd like for them to stop. like i said to someone else, a happy face or something would be much more appropriate. "Horned God loves you!" would cause a big mess, but this is ok?

I guess it is just the same as handing out a track, or saying blessed be, or a Buddhist bowing to you, etc etc. Besides that verse is like a happy verse so its just something happy I guess, to brighten someones day.

@HoneyAndSulfur1991 i suppose so, but in that case, id put a happy face there or something. some people make a big deal out of this stuff, but a smiley face is pretty inoffensive.
