I don't think this was a good example of how to overcome temptations. For all we care, he might have gotten the ranch by doing all sorts. Most people get rich by doing illegal drugs, squeezing profits out of the poor, stealing, etc. It is the dream of life that cause many to give into temptation in the first place, so your views here sounds more it is coming from the devil itself. The devil said to Jesus--bow down to me and I will give you everything, that would include the ranches my friend.

Hi again. Im not sure if my comments were deleted, or if they didnt go through. Either way, its not a big deal. Just to let you know, im not here to argue, or to be harsh. I was just hoping, perhaps naively, to get some sort of response that lead to discussion about theology. But perhaps youtube is not the best place for that; i understand. I also used to attend victory, and quite enjoyed it during the time i was there. but i felt the question needed to be asked. hope you considered it. :)
