  • Excellent tutorial, it makes the whole process easy as compared to how we first conceived it! God bless you

  • Hello there. Good video. I wonder if you can help me - I am trying to calculate the NPV of a perpetuity that doubles every 25 years. So in my example the annuity is $100, but in the year x+20 the annuity will double to become $200. I know how to calculate the npv if the annuity doesn't change - 1 / K * £annuity, but not sure how to take account of the doubling ad infinitum...

  • Cheers, really helpful.

  • helped alot, thanks!

  • I fell asleep.

  • Very Helpful. The only NPV video that relates to my project and actually went step by step without any confusion. Thank you.

  • It is quite an easy way to understand NPV. Tq
