I've just watched the movie and enjoyed it immensely. I just had to research the "real" red violin and while we don't know what travels it experienced, it's great to imagine wonderful trials it survived. It's presence in Nazi Germany fosters even greater creativity. Thank you for sharing your part of the story, Elizabeth!

a wonderful story, I have always liked the movie but this story is real life - I hope in years to come, more people will get the chance to really appreciate how good a Strad is and that music is the power that feeds our soul. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing this.
