  • nice vid. for short distence. a tip if you swim long like 100 or 200 meters it is beter to spread your energie over the distance. it is then better to swim the 100 meters at the same speed. how more you train how more speed you can hold during the race. this way is more eviciant than racing the last few meters.

  • You need to count how many strokes you take from the 5 yard flags to the end or where you need to be.
