Mechanical Birds Sound

I didnt do this in the original cover I played. I used arm 2 on my pedal to make the sound, not sure what to call the effect. I'm gonna go look it up and see what I can find.

Any idea how to make the background effects? it sounds like tweaked harmonics or something. its similar to what you're doing... also if you have any advice on how to really get that sound down i'd much appreciate it.
