Yes there are several ranges. I'm from the GTA so i'm assuming you're from somewhere around there. Target Sports is one club , the Burlington Rifle and Revolver club... Just google them. In order to Buy a Handgun you have to belong to a club however. Go to the Canadian Firearms Center website for information on how to sign up and stuff , you will find all the forms , numbers of courses and such.

This is Canada lol of course it's hard it's our entire bullshit system. I turned 18 back in June and I had too basically attend two classes , two days long (about 8 hours each) One was for my Non-Restricted (Rifles , Shotguns) then my Restricted (Handguns AR-15's etc) Once you complete those two courses you have to fill out a bunch of bullshit paperwork , get a passport picture done , fill out all the forms , send it in and wait. A few months later you will get you're license in the mail.
I ensure you as a licensed gun owner in Canada that you can legally have an AR-15. You need a Non-Restricted Firearms Licence AND a Restricted Firearms License. Before i got my license I use to shoot at the Niagara Gun Range myself. I know that club pretty well.
