Il produttore/DJ house francese Etienne de Crecy, nato a Lione, è stato una delle forze motrici della scena dance parigina degli anni '90 e ha lavorato sotto una moltitudine di nomi come Motorbass, La Chatte Rouge e Super Discount. Prima di intraprendere la carriera come DJ, aveva fatto parte della band di Versailles Louba, ma è stato con il suo progetto Motorbass, in collaborazione con Zdar, che è diventato un oggetto di culto nel '91 culminando con il disco "Pansoul" del '96. Nel 2000 ha pubblicato il disco house "Tempovision" con il suo vero nome.
