Starting P90X program, here I am I want to finish with 15 knuckles up pullups...CUS IT HURTS SOO GOOD

  • I'm pretty sure you are approaching the pull up bar backwards. Your head won't come up as close to the door frame if you turn around and hold the bar facing your kitchen. Great job though!

  • yea i kno, the ceiling is too low on that side and the joor brace has to be on the other side for structural support, unfortunately

  • It doesn't show failure if women aren't doing the pullups. Men are stronger than women. It's a physiological fact. Are there some women who are stronger than some men? Of course. But the strongest women will never be as strong as the strongest men. So, by all means, prove you are strong. Just don't whine about women looking like "failures". I don't see that at all. Great job on the pullups.

  • I got the Iron Gym pull up bar instead.

  • Hello, fellow woman here. Thanks for the video. I currently am starting week 4 of the lean program. I'm too heavy to do even one pull up but I can feel myself getting closer. I did just order an assist band to help me instead of using a chair which I find awkward. Hopefully this will help and in the end I'll get as fit as you are now, one week in~~~good job! Keep the videos comin!
