"I've Got a Secret" presents a special program honoring the US Armed Forces during Armed Forces Week on May 16, 1956 with host Garry Moore and panelists Jayne Meadows, Bill Cullen, Faye Emerson, and Henry Morgan.

This first segment features a performance by the Third Infantry Regiment Old Guard Drill Team from the military district of Washington, DC, with music performed by the Women's Army Corps Band from the Women's Army Center at Fort McLelland, Alabama, under the direction of Lt. Alice Peters.

Also in this segment: seven USAF officers who as members of "Gen. Doolittle's Raiders" made the first bombing run over Tokyo (April 18, 1942); Navy Cmdr. Donald Francis Mason who, on January 28, 1942, sent the famous message "sighted sub, sank same" after believing he had sunk a German U-boat off the coast of Newfoundland; and Marine Sgt. Francis H. Killean, who on Nov. 2, 1950 in Korea played the bagpipes to fool advancing Japanese soldiers into thinking that a Scottish regiment was approaching.

Part 2 of this program features Garry Moore reuniting with his mentor and old radio partner Jimmy Durante. It can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32XPaPPuL6s
