Just to clear things up, this man was/is not castrated. The poor guy was supposed to have his tonsils removed, but obviously the surgery went wrong and he ended up with a f'ed up voice.

A Man who has a beard has been castrated AFTER pubity. Therefore his voice would NOT be affected. If he had been castrated BEFORE pubity his voice would stay high and NO beard would grow. This must be a con, or he has a throat infection!
