I give the plans for how to make a sink trap for use in a pottery workshop or anywhere where you'll be putting stuff down the drain you'd rather not have clog the drain, (clay, plaster, sand).

It uses two 'settling' buckets to help catch the heavier particles before they go down your main drain. You can then clean out the buckets periodically.
