Skyrim Secrets - The Headless Skeleton

This is probably one of my favorite secret unmarked spot, along with the KOTN reference by the College. I'm not sure if this is a reference to something, so tell me if it is.

To get there: Go to Falkreath and travel east by foot or horse, until you get to Fort Neugrad. I'm not sure if the fort is marked on your map or not, but it's east of Falkreath. Once you get there, go south towards Cyrodiil. You will have to do some rock climbing. Boom! You should find it pretty easy.
