Obama is such a fucking tool! Our country has been as civil war (the drug war) for like 40 years and all we have to do to end the civil war is legalize all drugs. Not only will it end the war it will stimulate the economy.

@DaveSuperChannel I agree with you there. However, some women (and men) are forced into prostitution through fear tactics and violence. If prostitution is legalized, how are we to help those who are forced into it against their will?

fucking idiot doesn't he remembers prohibition? Al Capone? His plan to stimulate the economy was by maintaining America's involved in WARS in the 3rd world, I guess war is a laughing matter too...

@Ddstairclimber You babble too much. Yet, it isn't just the fact that you babble too much. You babble, babble, babble--yet what you babble about is all crap. Shut up.

@Ddstairclimber Oh harm reduction strategies like rehab? We have rehab people just choose not to use it. It's because some people don't know how to handle themselves and society thats why we have these laws. And you think we should just allow criminals to break our laws and ignore that they are doing it?
-
@thedumpsterbabys They don't outlaw hard drugs like here, have you heard about harm reduction strategies? they are not legal ike pot, but they are not criminalized. you preserve liberty, minimize costs, and focus on he problem which are addicts, and not just attack everyone for drugs. There is also large drug smuggling, but the crime and cost harmfull effects are minimized by focusing on harm reduction strategies

@Ddstairclimber To actually understand this you have to look at the differences between the numbers. An entire country with over 300,000,000 people or a city with 1,500,000. Which is easier to regulate? Amersterdams laws are more lenient than the rest of the Netherlands. And they still outlaws cocaine, meth, heroin and all hard drugs. However, they are also a large hard drug smuggling inlet for all of Europe. Seems like with all the drug and sex trafficking they might need to work on their cops.

He just dodged the question! He said no but not why.

@thedumpsterbabys" those who sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither". Ben Franklin. Amsterdam has much lower percentages of rape, crime, prison population crime related to drugs an prostitution that would happen in an illegal environment such as robberies, shootings, there are few drug related deaths, the city has more revenues. certain biased groups inflate the number of trafficking and lump all or most sex work with trafficking .
-
Trafficking does happen where it's illegal as well yes but you have took look at percentage and the amount it happens. Amersterdam has a pretty big problem with human trafficing A lot larger than the problem in the US. And you've got the seatbelt law backwards there hoss it's the law to wear one to protect you just like drugs are illegal to protect you. It takes away some freedom but saves lives. And how do you regulate drug abuse without a war on drugs!? You figure that out and tell your senate
Really pisses me off how everyone thinks it's funny to ask these questions. These questions deserve answers. The laughter just shows how ignorant we are.
