I had the Chi Turbo (old edition) for about 5 years and i loveeee it! My hair is long and curly but it always got the job done. Unfortunatly it's time for a new straightener and I cannot decide between the Sedu Revolution (not normal sedu) or GHD? Idc about price since I'll be using it daily. What do you recommend?

@Natayo7 how about you fuck off? who cares if he's gay or straight? thats none of your business anyway, ass hole.

the chi tricks people into thinking it's decent. it has one setting, which is 410 degrees. so if you have thin hair, it will burn the shit out of it, while we're all here thinking it just works great. nope, it's just put on a really high setting.

How freaking gay! No one wants to see beauty videos from a faggot

@JustAnotherGayKid I did. Man you must have laughed your butt off..sorry, but seriously it only heats up to 350

just set the iron at the lowest temp and then turn it off, and wipe the hot plate with a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol...it will prolong the life of the iron
haha you just made yourself sound stubid the chi only heats up to 350 degrees!

Sedu or GHD??
SweetAshou123 2 years ago
@SweetAshou123 Good question..lol. My mother has had the GHD (in white) for about a year now and LOVES it. I have used it before and to tell you the truth...they are pretty much the same. Now, do realize I don't have that much hair to straighten. I would go for the Sedu.

Hi, I'm in search of a new hair iron. I've had 2 flat irons my whole life, one was a professional and the other one was a crappy salon one. I have thin, fine, dark brown hair. I'm in desperate need of a FAST heating flat iron.
How long does it take to straighten your curly hair?

It doesn't take long at all for it to heat up. Like within maybe 40 sec. I would go with this one. It works great for me. When I blow dry my hair it may take me about 15 mins to straighten.
