This video was filmed in Longyear, Spitzbergen, Norway. I got to use the town's gym for an hour and a half and filmed these tricks.

And just out of curiosity, have you ever tried overheads with rings?

No, they're not quite like Dietz does them. He'll use his upper arm to "push" the balls up, I'm using the lower arm to throw them. More like Joëlle or Grigory. And yeah, I've done overheads with rings, but it's very hard. I can do it with 3 all right, and I did 14 catches of 4 ring overheads(both hands) and about 60 catches of 5 ring half overheads.

I might have flashed a full 5 ring overhead cascade to collect as well, but I'm not sure. If not, I suppose I could do it.

Maybe you're thinking about the over the neck throws? I find them really difficult, but it's hardly anything that necessitates a tutorial.
