eh... maybe. i think just playing basketball or whatever sport you do is good enoguh
i played basketball and was by far the quickest, and since i run track now, im the fastest in my school. from personal experience, weightlifting and straight speed are the best to focus on and quickness just comes naturally after those two are developed

or just sprint normally, really these drill dont help very much at all
