Medical-Dental Mission initiated by former Zambales Vice Gov. Ramon G. Lacbain II to help people in remote communities as one of the strategies in fighting the war against poverty. Organized by DRZH Operation Tulong - Zambales/Olongapo Chapter with the full support of Zambales War Against Poverty Foundation Inc. and YWA Human Resource Corp. Mr. Lacbain is Executive Director of ZWAP Foundation and Chapter Team Leader of DZRH Operation Tulong. Ms. Acela 'Nick" Quibrantar is the President/CEO of YWACorp.
