Pumpkin seed milk:
3/4 cup of whole pumpkin seeds
2.5 cups purified water (distilled or alkaline spring)
Natural sweeteners:
1 tbsp. Raw manuka honey
2 tsp. of carob
1 date (pit removed)
Blend in high speed blender on high for 45 seconds, or until smooth. You may need to add a small amour of ice as to not overheat it.
Next add,
2.5-3 cups of your choice of leafy greens
2 bananas
2 kiwi
1 cup of strawberries
Blend until smooth! :) Enjoy!
