@BrianBuckShot you don't have to feel sympathy for the kittens and yes you are right about that thousands of animals are put down every day... but don't you also think it is heartless to just abandon animals in general? if people don't want their animals put them down at least so they don't have to suffer or give them to a shelter. or is it just me that thinks that?

Our cat was abandoned in a garbage can with her 5 siblings. I assume the monster who abandoned them intended for them to be crushed to death .
The lady who discovered the litter found them all homes, and we were lucky enough to get Toque. :)

And @LearnANewLanguage, I disagree. We rescued our cat out of love. We feed and play and care for her every day out of love.
Just because you have never felt love for an abandoned animal doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I disagree. It's not sympathy, it's compassion. Compassion means you want to help them, sympathy means you want to help them to put your mind at ease (pity).
